This 3rd European conference on Gastronomy will cover social, economic, psychological, medical, cultural and political dimension of food, meals and eating, as well as aspects of art and design linked to culinary experiences. The ambition is to lay a solid foundation for collaboration in areas of strategic importance, to be discussed in future international gastronomy conferences.
LINXS NLF Theme leader Prof Tommy Nylander is the organiser of one research track during the conference: ”Advancing Science to unlock the tacit knowledge of chefs and home cooks – Northern Lights on Food revisited”. Abstract deadline is 16th October.
