LINXS Event - Food WG 5 Webinar on the study of lipid structures in membranes and food formulations

The Northern Lights on Food Working Group 5 for Food Structure and Health welcomes you to a web seminar on the study of lipid structures  in membranes and food formulations. The fundamental aim of the seminar is to increase the understanding of how researchers can use X-rays and neutrons in studies related to food and health.

Three time slots (20 min) are available for individual discussions with the presenters. If you are interested, please contact Åsa Grunning (asa.grunning@fsi.lu.se).
