Online workshop 'Machine Learning for Segmentation of 3D Structures’. The workshop will be held via Zoom on the 30th September and 1st October 2020 and is hosted by the Centre for Quantification of Imaging Data from MAX IV (QIM).
The workshop focuses on the segmentation of 3D structures in microscopy images using machine learning. The first day will consist of presentations on how to apply machine learning tools to various segmentation tasks and a practical session where you will get to try out the tools on example datasets. The second day will be in small groups, and each participant will have the chance of working on the segmentation of their own data with the support of the QIM team.
