Senior Research Fellow at the La Trobe Institute for Molecular Science at La Trobe University, Melbourne, Australia and part of the Australian Research Council Center of Excellence in Advanced Molecular Imaging. Formerly Research Assistant Professor in the Center for Biological Physics at Arizona State University and head of serial crystallography analysis in the NSF BioXFEL Science and Technology Center. Working on the development of time-resolved serial crystallography and phase contrast techniques at XFELs and synchrotrons, focusing on data analysis, simulations and experiment design with an emphasis on applying these to studies of membrane proteins.
