Anna Fureby, Senior Researcher at RISE Research Institute of Sweden.

Dr Fureby has expertise in powder technology, microencapsulation, controlled release, formulation and characterisation, with applications in food, pharma, and related areas. She has a PhD in Biotechnology from LTH Faculty of Engineering, Lund University.
