IPDD WG 4 – Biophysics of Drug Delivery working group member, LINXS Fellow

Anette Mullertz, Professor, University of Copenhagen – Annette focuses on Drug delivery of small molecules via Innovative pharmaceutical formulations, including lipid drug delivery systems. She has a particular interest in dissolution and solubilization mechanisms for poorly soluble drug compounds as well as in the development of digestion models and elucidating the mechanisms of solubilization and generated colloid phases in the gastrointestinal tract. Her group routinely tests bioavailability in humans and animals in order to develop predicative in vitro models.
