Anders Bjorholm Dahl is professor in 3D image analysis at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, Technical University of Denmark. He holds a degree in forestry and a Ph.D. degree in computer vision. He is heading the section for Image Analysis and Computer Graphics and QIM: The Center for Quantification of Imaging Data from MAX IV, which has a mission to support quantitative 3D image analysis. His research interests include computer vision and image analysis with a specific focus on learning-based 3D image analysis for structural characterization. This includes volumetric image segmentation, feature- and dictionary-based image representations, graphical models, etc.
