Dr. Nehzati is a chemist and beamline scientist at Diamond Light Source in the United Kingdom. She has expertise in using synchrotron X-ray characterisation methods on complex natural samples to advance the molecular understanding on how living and non-living material have been influenced by their environment. Her research interests span from the present to deep time in the area of biogeochemistry.
