Mette Løvschal, Professor in Archaeology at Aarhus University & Moesgaard Museum, Denmark

Dr Mette Løvschal is a landscape archaeologist and specialized in questions of land use change and persistence in Bronze Age and Early Iron Age Northwestern Europe and how. She is currently leading the ERC-financed research project ANTHEA on the prehistoric anthropogenic heathlands in Northern Europe as a form of shared cultural and natural heritage.
