Project title: Metals and manufacturing @ next generation sources: Bridging the gap from basic science to production for the metals and manufacturing industry
In order for companies in the metal and manufacturing industry to be able to carry out experiments at large research facilities, it is required that various activities and functions cooperate; from basic research to applied research up to industrial development and implementation. The project aims to illustrate how this can be done by showing concrete working methods and models for conducting experiments at MAX IV and ESS. In addition, the project will introduce new analysis tools that can be installed on MAX IV and ESS.
