Description

Join the ECL theme for this event connected to Women’s Day 2025. The event focuses on the challenges female researchers face during their career development in academia and synchrotron facilities. We will listen about the experiences of female researchers from different career levels followed by a panel discussion where we want an honest and open conversation about which improvements have taken place in fighting against gender inequality in academia but more importantly which are the issues that remain and ideas to tackle them.

The event is open to anyone independently of gender or career stage
